The 2019 NBA Trade Deadline was hectic as all 30 teams are trying to help their franchise contend for a championship or build for the future.

Anthony Davis kicked off trade rumors by requesting a trade from New Orleans on Monday, Jan. 28, then the first blockbuster trade before the deadline occurred between the New York Knicks and Dallas Mavericks for Kristaps Porzingis the next day. Numerous other trades have occurred since.

The deadline has now concluded and big names like Marc Gasol, Markelle Fultz, and Tobias Harris were dealt, while Anthony Davis and Mike Conley—two players projected to have definitely been moved—were not. Teams such as Philadelphia, Los Angeles (Clippers), Memphis, and Sacramento made numerous deals to try and better their chances for success.
